Policies

Prices:	Subject to change without notice.  Packing, shipping and insurance are an additional charge. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address.  All prices listed exclude VAT.
Payment:	United States Orders: Check, Money Order, PayPal or VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards acceptable.  Checks take 10 days to clear before shipping.  Returned checks subject to a $20 service charge. Attention international customers:  Payment by acceptable credit card or PayPal in U.S. dollars only.  No checks or money orders.  All prices listed exclude VAT.  Contact us by e-mail for exact shipping cost. Do NOT include credit card information in e-mail. Payments for locomotive service orders are due on receipt of invoice prior to return shipping.
Shipping:	Merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail insured. Shipping, insurance and handling costs listed for on-line purchase are for contiguous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska customers please contact us for exact shipping cost. International customers please e-mail us for exact shipping cost. Do NOT include credit card information in e-mail.
Returns:	Refund or exchange given on merchandise returned within 30 days in original condition.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee after 30 days unless previously waived. Shipping costs are not refundable unless it was our mistake. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all documentation in original packaging. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping; save all packaging and contact the shipping company.  Also, let us know.
Backorders:	I will do my best to maintain an accurate inventory on-line daily. You will be notified if any of your ordered items are on backorder. Normally, out of stock items on your order will be sent out when they are ALL in stock.  I reserve the right to cancel items that are on backorder over 30 days. Shipping individual items as they come in stock will be at your request and will require a $7.95 shipping charge each.
